AIRPORT TAXES

All air inclusive package prices include all airline related taxes. Prices are per person, based on twin share, and are subject to change prior to purchase. Some foreign authorities require fees on arrival or departure that must be collected directly from the passengers at the airport.

All airline tickets are subject to foreign and domestic taxes and fees. The total of these may range between $40 and $450 per passenger. The following charges are included and due with final payment:

  • Airport Passenger Facility Charges up to $18
  • September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per flight segment (maximum $10 per roundtrip)
  • Foreign and U.S. government charges on international flights up to $200 per roundtrip
  • Federal segment fees of $3.30 per segment

Taxes are subject to change without notice.

BAGGAGE FEES

Many airlines assess a fee for checked luggage. These fees are payable directly to the airline and are therefore not included in our prices. Always check with the airline that is operating your flight. Example: If your flight is Virgin Australia operated by Delta, then you will need to check the baggage fees with Delta.

Because of changes in restrictions and security concerns, individual carriers’ flights within Australia and the South Pacific can have different baggage restrictions than international carriers. These flights tend to be more restrictive on baggage weight and luggage size than international flight guidelines and could result in excess baggage charges. To make your flights as pleasant as possible, it is important that you check each carrier's baggage restrictions prior to flying.
