    Setting off from Sea Dragon after breakfast (time confirmed at check-in), the adventure begins westward. Keep an eye out for wildlife as you drive to Seal Bay Conservation Park, home to endangered Australian sea lions. Accredited guides lead an hour-long exploration of the sand dunes and beach.

    Stop at Vivonne Bay General Store for their famous whiting burgers, then continue to Flinders Chase National Park. Admire rejuvenated native bush and Remarkable Rocks' striking views before exploring Admirals Arch, home to long-nosed fur seals and unique Kangaroo Island kangaroos.

    Return to Sea Dragon in the early evening, refreshed by the ocean air. Note: Activities may vary based on group size and season. Detailed itinerary provided at check-in.

    Day 13 - Port Douglas (B,L)

    Your day of adventure to the Great Barrier Reef starts with a transfer to the marina in Port Douglas. Check-in at the marina's Sailaway office at 7:30 am, where you'll be greeted with local tea, coffee, pastries, and fresh fruit, followed by a safety briefing. Set sail towards Mackay Cay Outer Barrier Reef, enjoying a reef interpretation talk along the way.

    Upon arrival at Mackay/Undine Cay, receive a snorkel safety briefing and gear before exploring the coral gardens with guided snorkel tours led by a marine biologist. Indulge in a tropical buffet lunch onboard before moving to the second reef site for more nature activities, including a glass bottom boat tour, snorkelling, and exploring the coral cay.

    Afternoon tea, coffee, cakes, and fresh fruit platters are served onboard before setting sail back to Port Douglas at 2:30 pm. During the journey, guests and crew share sightings and experiences. The cruise concludes at Port Douglas by 5:00 pm, followed by a transfer back to your hotel.

    Travel from Port Douglas to Freshwater Station where your journey begins with a 1 1/2-hour ride on the iconic Kuranda Scenic Railway from Freshwater Station, touted as one of the world's most spectacular rail trips. Upon reaching Kuranda, your guide awaits on the platform to escort you via bus to the enchanting "Village in the Rainforest," where you'll have 2 hours of free time to explore the vibrant arts and crafts markets, cafes, and animal parks.

    Next, embark on the multi-award-winning Skyrail Rainforest Cableway for a breathtaking experience through a World Heritage-listed rainforest, offering some of the planet's most stunning vistas. Upon arrival at the Skyrail terminal, we'll rendezvous with you and head up the coast to the picturesque Palm Cove. Enjoy a glimpse of the palm-fringed Esplanade before a 30-minute stop, where you can savor a "Signature Cocktail" or take a leisurely stroll on the beach, before returning to your hotel with cherished memories.
