Day 9 - Port Douglas
Today is free to relax or explore the region at your leisure. Thala’s Nature Reserve supports many interesting and rare habitats with a constantly changing kaleidoscope of natural wonders, making the experience very rewarding for naturalists and wildlife photographers. Their highly knowledgeable Rangers and Guides are here to show you Thala’s many wildlife and nature secrets. From nature and garden walks, bird and butterfly walks to stargazing.

Day 10 - Port Douglas (B,L)
This morning, your adventure begins with a hotel pickup, taking you to the cruise departure point in Port Douglas for an unforgettable day trip to the Low Isles with Sailaway VI. Arrive at the Sailaway office at the marina by 8:00am. Upon boarding, you'll be greeted with local tea, coffee, pastries, and fresh fruit, followed by a safety briefing. Set sail from Port Douglas at 8:30am, bound for the Low Isles. Upon reaching the Low Isles, receive a snorkel safety briefing and equipment, then transfer to the beach for a variety of activities like swimming, snorkeling, guided tours by a marine naturalist, heritage walks, or simply unwinding under a coconut palm tree. Return to Sailaway VI for a tropical buffet lunch on board. After lunch, the adventures continue. Relax on deck, snorkel off the back of the boat, or take a swim. Enjoy afternoon tea with coffee, cakes, and fresh fruit platters. At 3:00 pm, Sailaway VI sets sail from Low Isles, heading back to Port Douglas. The journey concludes as the boat docks in Port Douglas at 4:00pm, followed by your transfer back to your hotel.

Day 11 - Port Douglas
Depart Port Douglas at 11:00 AM, avoiding the crowds and allowing you a relaxing morning at your Port Douglas accommodation before pick-up. The first stop is the renowned Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, offering breathtaking views of a UNESCO-listed rainforest. Upon reaching Kuranda, you will be met at the Skyrail terminal/Train platform, and driver into the "Village in the Rainforest" without any walking involved. You'll have 2 hours of free time to explore markets, cafes, and more. Your journey concludes at dusk upon returning to Port Douglas.

Day 13 - Sydney (B,L)
Embark on a Sydney Harbour luxury cruise to dine at iconic waterside restaurants while marveling at the harbor's beauty. The journey begins with a warm welcome aboard the cruiser, offering soft drinks, wine, beer, tea, and coffee. Sail past famous landmarks like the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House, accompanied by historical insights. Admire Woolloomoolloo Bay, then pass Double Bay and Point Piper with their lavish homes. Cruise by Clarke and Shark Islands, both national parks, before your first stop at Doyles on the Beach at Watsons Bay for an entrée. After disembarking and dining, resume the cruise past Sydney Heads, Manly, and Middle Head into Middle Harbour. Stop at Balmoral Jetty for the main course at the Balmoral Public Dining Room. Next, head to the Blue Mountains, visiting stunning Jamison Valley outlooks away from the crowds. Stop at Eaglehawk Lookout to view the iconic Three Sisters rock formation and hear its legends.
