    Day 3 - Feynan

Your journey today takes you to the remarkable Feynan Ecolodge, located on the western edge of the Dana Biosphere Reserve. Designed in 2005 by renowned architect Ammar Khammash, Feynan is the first ecolodge of its kind in Jordan and is owned by the Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature (RSCN).

Before the lodge was built, the site served as a basecamp for archaeologists conducting research and excavations in the area. Recognizing its potential, the RSCN transformed the campsite into an ecolodge to support local communities through sustainable tourism and to help fund the conservation of Jordan’s natural landscapes.

Since 2009, the lodge has been managed by EcoHotels, offering travelers a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in Jordan’s wilderness, connect with local Bedouin communities, and explore layers of ancient history—all with minimal environmental impact.

    Overnight at Feynan Ecolodge.

    • Feynan Ecolodge  (Standard)
  • Little Petra 2000

    Day 4 - Little Petra (B,D)

After breakfast, depart Feynan and travel to Petra for a full-day tour of Jordan’s most iconic archaeological site. Carved into rose-red cliffs, Petra was founded around the 6th century BC as the capital of the Nabataean Kingdom and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Hidden for centuries, Petra was rediscovered in 1812 by Swiss explorer Johann Ludwig Burckhardt and famously described as “a rose-red city half as old as time.” The site features stunning rock-cut architecture and a sophisticated water system, with ongoing excavations still revealing its secrets.

Your visit begins with a walk through the Siq, a dramatic sandstone gorge leading to Al Khazneh (The Treasury), Petra’s most famous monument—carved from solid rock and towering nearly 140 feet high. Film fans will recognize it from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

End your unforgettable day with an overnight stay at a Bedouin camp near Little Petra

    • Seven Wonders Luxury Camp  (Superior)
  • Wadi Rum Walking on Sand 2000

    Day 5 - Wadi Rum (B,D)

Set out for a full-day tour of Petra, the ancient capital of the Nabataeans. Begin at the visitor center, where you'll be assigned a Bedouin-guided horse for the short ride to the Siq—the dramatic, winding sandstone gorge that leads into the heart of Petra. As the Siq opens, the iconic Treasury (Al Khazneh) appears in all its grandeur, carved into the rock and standing nearly 140 feet tall.

From there, explore Petra’s wonders: royal tombs, temples, a Roman theater, and countless rock-cut structures that line the valley. As the poet Dean Burgon once wrote, Petra remains “a rose-red city half as old as time.”In the afternoon, transfer to the magical desert of Wadi Rum, known as the land of Lawrence of Arabia. Hop into a local Bedouin jeep for a desert tour, starting from the visitor center to Wadi Rum village. Visit Lawrence Spring, Khazali Canyon with its ancient Nabataean inscriptions, and the sweeping red sand dunes before returning to the village. Overnight in Wadi Rum.

  • Beach Aqaba 2000

    Day 6 - Aqaba (B)

After breakfast at the Wadi Rum camp, transfer to Aqaba, Jordan’s only coastal city, located at the northeastern tip of the Red Sea. Known for its warm waters and vibrant marine life, Aqaba is a popular destination for diving and seaside relaxation. Enjoy a glass-bottom boat ride with opportunities for swimming and snorkeling. In the afternoon, check in to your hotel in Aqaba for an overnight stay.

    • Movenpick Tala Bay Hotel  (Deluxe)
  • Dead Sea 2000

    Day 7 - Depart Aqaba (B)

After breakfast, transfer to Aqaba Airport for your onward flight arrangements.
