Description

Experience the Rockstars on the Red Centre on a mesmerizing 3-night journey to the heart of Australia, where ancient landscapes and rich Indigenous culture converge to create an unforgettable experience. Your adventure begins with a night at the Field of Light, a captivating art installation by renowned artist Bruce Munro that blankets the desert floor in a sea of illuminated glass spheres. As you wander through this enchanting field under the starlit sky, you’ll feel a deep connection to the vastness and beauty of the outback.

Rising early, you’ll witness one of the most iconic moments in the Red Centre—a mesmerizing Uluru Sunrise. As the first rays of sunlight kiss the ancient monolith, it transforms from a silhouette into a vibrant, ochre-red hue, creating a profound and spiritual experience. This natural wonder is not only a sight to behold but also a reminder of the enduring significance of Uluru to the Indigenous Anangu people.

Experience the richness of Indigenous cuisine with our Australian Native High Tea as you embark on a culinary adventure celebrating the diverse array of native ingredients sourced from Central Australia and around the country.

Indulge in a selection of sweet and savory petit fours, expertly crafted to showcase the vibrant flavors and unique culinary heritage of Australia. Compliment their experience with a gourmet tea selection, freshly brewed coffee, and our signature Sails in the Desert Bellini.

Your adventure doesn’t stop at Uluru; you’ll also chance to explore Kata Tjuta, a stunning cluster of domed rock formations that hold their own spiritual significance. Witness the changing colors of these red giants during a guided tour and absorb the tranquility of the desert landscape.

For a grand finale to your Red Centre exploration, a helicopter takes you across the Central Australian outback, and over the Northern Territory’s largest salt lake, Lake Amadeus. You will be given the opportunity to see wild camels and brumbies as you fly towards the sandstone sculptures of Kings Canyon. The tour lands at Kings Canyon Resort where it will take you for the creek bed walk before returning to Ayers Rock Resort.
