 Your adventure continues south to Petra, the awe-inspiring Nabatean city carved into rose-colored stone.   • Dead Sea 2000

    Day 1 - Dead Sea

    You will arrival at Amman airport you will be met and transferred to the Dead Sea for an overnight stay.

  • Mt Nebo

    Day 2 - Petra (B,L,D)

    Enjoy a free morning at the Dead Sea, floating effortlessly in its mineral-rich waters at the lowest point on Earth. Then travel to Madaba, known for its stunning mosaics, including the famous 6th-century map of the Holy Land in St. George’s Church. Continue to Mount Nebo, the biblical site where Moses is believed to have seen the Promised Land, offering panoramic views of the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. The site includes remains of a 4th- and 6th-century Byzantine church, protected by a modern structure built by the Franciscans.

     Stop for lunch at the charming Haret Jdoudna Restaurant in downtown Madaba, offering delicious local cuisine in a beautifully restored setting with indoor and courtyard seating. While there, enjoy browsing local handicrafts or try a traditional flavored water pipe.

     After lunch, continue to Petra and check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.

    Day 3 - Petra (B,D)

    After breakfast, set off on a full-day exploration of Petra, the ancient Nabatean capital and one of the world’s most awe-inspiring archaeological sites. Your visit begins at the Visitor Center, where you'll take a short horse ride led by a Bedouin guide to the entrance of the city.

     The journey continues on foot through the Siq, a dramatic, winding gorge carved into rose-colored sandstone. Towering over 300 feet high, the narrow passage opens suddenly to reveal El Khazneh (The Treasury), Petra’s most iconic and majestic monument—an ornate façade carved directly into the cliffside, nearly 140 feet tall and glowing in the desert sun.

     From here, Petra unfolds in all its grandeur, with hundreds of remarkable structures: towering temples, royal tombs, a Roman theater, ancient homes, and burial chambers, all carved into the vibrant rock. As poet Dean Burgon famously described it: “A rose-red city half as old as time.”

     Return to your hotel in Petra for an overnight stay.

    Day 4 - Wadi Rum (B,L,D)

    Spend the morning at your leisure—either revisit the wonders of Petra or explore the local souq for handmade crafts and souvenirs. Later, transfer to the enchanting desert of Wadi Rum, famously known as the land of Lawrence of Arabia.

    Upon arrival, hop into a Bedouin-guided jeep to discover the desert’s iconic sites. Visit Lawrence’s Spring, named after the legendary British officer, then explore Khazali Canyon, where Nabatean inscriptions line the narrow sandstone walls. Conclude the tour with a stop at the majestic sand dunes, perfect for capturing the surreal beauty of this moon-like landscape. 

    In the evening, arrive at Discovery Bedu Camp, a luxury eco-camp nestled in a stunning spot within Wadi Rum. Run by local Bedouins, the camp features six spacious tented suites with private bathrooms and modern comforts, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. 

    Guests gather in a traditional central Bedouin tent, handmade from goat hair, for dinner and storytelling under the stars—offering an authentic and unforgettable desert experience.

    Day 5 - Aqaba (B,D)

    After breakfast at Discovery Bedu Camp, transfer to Aqaba, Jordan’s vibrant coastal city on the northeastern tip of the Red Sea. As the country’s only seaport and largest city on the Gulf of Aqaba, it serves as both a key economic hub and a popular tourist destination.

    Famous for its warm waters, colorful coral reefs, and rich marine life, Aqaba is a haven for divers and beach lovers alike. The city also hosts some of Jordan’s most ambitious development projects, blending leisure, industry, and commerce.
