    Upon arrival in Rome, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After you have checked in at the hotel, relax a bit.

    Day 2 – Rome (B)

    Discover the magic of Rome on a 2.5-hour guided walking tour through its charming cobblestone streets.     Check out of your hotel and meet your private car and driver who will transfer you to the train station for your 4 ½ hour journey to Naples. Upon arrival in Naples, a private car and driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Sorrento. Check in and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

    Day 5 – Sorrento and Pompeii (B)

    Embark on a full-day adventure to uncover the wonders of Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius. Begin with a shared guided tour of Pompeii, where you’ll explore the ancient ruins and hear the fascinating story of the city’s tragic destruction. Continue to Mount Vesuvius, ascending by coach to approximately 3,300 feet before hiking the final stretch to the crater’s edge.     Day 7 – Sorrento and Capri (B)

    Depart from the marina in Sorrento for a full-day small-group boat tour to the enchanting island of Capri. With just eight guests aboard a traditional Sorrentine gozzo, admire the stunning Sorrento coast, passing ancient villages, Roman ruins, and hidden grottoes. Visit the famous Blue Grotto (weather permitting), as well as the White, Green, and Marvellous Grottos, before swimming in crystal-clear waters if you wish. Enjoy four hours of free time in the hilltop town of Capri for shopping in the piazzetta (little square) or relaxing in a nearby café. En route around the island, admire the Natural Arch, the Villa Cuzio Malaparte, Faraglioni Rocks and the lighthouse of Punta Carena. There will be several opportunities for swimming and snorkeling along the way. Conclude your journey with a refreshing limoncello tasting.

    After breakfast, check out of the hotel and travel to the airport by private car for your onward journey.
