  Day 5 - Launceston (B,L)

  Freycinet to Launceston goes from the east coast, over the elephant Pass, down the Fingal Valley and into Launceston through the historic village of Evandale. It is about 3 hours’ drive point to point, but if you allow time to look around at different stops it will take all day.

  Arriving in Launceston by 1PM, make your way to Josef Chromy Wines for a guided wine tasting with the Cellar Door team before enjoying a 2-course lunch with paired wines at the hatted Josef Chromy Restaurant.

  This evening make your way to Devils @ Cradle Mountain for an educational and interactive evening with the After Dark Deeding. Learn about the conservation work before heading outside amongst the large breeding group of Tasmanian Devils.
