Key Responsibilities:
Educate travel agent network about all brands representing Travel Answers, raise awareness of our brand, company culture, features and benefits of working with Travel Answers, over competitors.
Raise awareness of destinations we sell and empower agents to sell these destinations proactively.
Professionally represent Travel Answers at trade and agent events, provide leadership, instruction, and event management as needed.
Prepare and deliver relevant, effective presentations and webinars
Develop annual marketing plans for key sales partners alongside the Marketing team.
Collect, analyze and train team members on sales data and trends.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing outside sales in the travel industry, preferably with a luxury background in the South Pacific, Africa and/or Asia regions.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively; up to 70% domestically and to the destinations Travel Answers sells.
Knowledge of and ability to work in a back-end reservations system daily.

Location:
This is a remote, work-from-home position. Ideally, the candidate will be based in Los Angeles or Seattle, where our headquarters are located. Existing team members are encouraged to apply.
