Richard Schwartzel

I was born and raised in Durban South Africa and spent many wonderful years living in Cape Town. I feel blessed to have stayed in many beautiful places in South Africa and the USA. I have traveled the world extensively, across Africa, North America, Europe, and Asia, and am now following my passion for Africa by helping others enjoy its natural abundant wildlife, nature, and beauty here at African Answers. I enjoy a good laugh with friends, a nice glass of South African wine, and a traditional South African braai “Barbecue”. My family is happiest when out in nature, on a tropical beach, in the mountains or in the bush viewing wildlife in its natural environment.
