Join Our Team: Destination Specialist (Europe) at Travel Answers
Do you love all things Europe and have a passion for helping others travel? We’re looking for a Destination Specialist to join our remote team! In this remote role, you will be a vital member of the Travel Answers team focused on collaborating with travel partners and suppliers to make sure their clients have smooth, unforgettable trips. From building itineraries to sorting out last-minute changes, you’ll be the go-to expert for European travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling bookings, changes, and cancellations for hotels, tours, and transport in Europe.
- Preparing quotes and staying on top of confirmations.
- Keeping up to date on European destinations, attractions, and travel requirements.
- Building great relationships with suppliers and travel agents.
- Responding quickly to emails, calls, and chats with friendly, helpful service.
- Solving problems on the spot and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Updating booking systems and keeping accurate records.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ experience in travel and has been to one or more of the destinations we sell
- Proven experience working in a sales environment with success in closing sales, meeting monthly set goals.
- A solid knowledge of European destinations and how to get around.
- Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)
- Someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and a natural problem-solver.
- Comfortable working independently from home and managing time well.

This is a remote, work-from-home position. Ideally, the candidate will be based in Los Angeles or Seattle, where our headquarters are located. Existing team members are encouraged to apply.
