Campaign Terms

1. Eligibility

• This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

 

2. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway begins on the 1st of every month at 12:00 AM PST and ends on the last day of the month, at 11:59 PM PST.
• Entries received outside the giveaway period will not be considered.

 

3. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:

• Follow our official social media account on Facebook and/or Instagram.
• Tag a friend, colleague, or client in the giveaway post.
• Ensure their account remains public during the giveaway period to verify eligibility.
• Each tagged individual counts as one entry, and participants can enter multiple times by tagging different individuals.
• Incomplete or invalid entries will not be eligible.
• Entrants must ensure their privacy settings allow contact via direct message.

 

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a $50 VISA card. The VISA card may be subject to specific terms and conditions set by the issuer.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and announced on our official social media account within 7 working days after the giveaway has ended.
• The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter the giveaway within 48 hours of the announcement.
• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of the notification, another winner will be selected.

 

6. General Rules

• By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding.
• Any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violates platform policies will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the sponsor.
• The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues or fraud.

 

7. Liability

• The sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, such as lost, delayed, or incomplete entries, that may prevent participation in the giveaway.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the sponsor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

 

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.

 

9. Sponsor

• This giveaway is sponsored by Travel Answers Group.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.

• To qualify, mention BOOK25 at the time of booking.
• Valid for sales and travel between September 1 – December 31, 2025 ONLY.
• Visa Gift Cards will be issued within 60 days after client travel is completed.
• Valid for new air/land inclusive and land-only bookings over $4,000 that depart by December 31, 2025, as well as existing quotes that convert to confirmed bookings.
• Cancelled or refunded bookings are not eligible.
• Advisors will earn a $200 Visa Gift Card per qualifying booking (minimum $4,000).
• In addition, advisors who reach $100,000 or more in total bookings during the promotional period (single booking or cumulative) will earn a $2,500 Visa Gift Card bonus.
• The $2,500 bonus is in addition to any $200 per booking rewards already earned.
• The Visa Gift Card is per booking, not per passenger.
• If the booking meets the eligibility requirements, it will be automatically included in the promotion.
• Travel Answers reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time.
