The Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience invites you to discover authentic Indigenous Australian culture.

Australia’s Indigenous culture is one of the oldest surviving cultures in the world, and Rainforestation Nature Park recognizes the importance of preserving and sharing this unique culture.

Local Indigenous Pamagirri Guides welcome you to join them on a journey to discover the Dreamtime and learn about the fascinating customs and ancient traditions that are kept alive in the rainforest of Kuranda, in Australia's Tropical North Queensland.

The Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience takes approximately 1 hour which includes both the Pamagirri Aboriginal Dance Performance held in the Rainforest Amphitheatre and the Dreamtime Walk conducted either before or after the show.

Try your hand at boomerang throwing and after a demonstration and a few lessons, you’ll be ready to test your skills. Watch impressive demonstrations of traditional spear throwing by a skilled Aboriginal Guide. At the end of the tour, your personal Pamagirri Guide will be available to answer questions and take photographs.

The Daintree Dreaming Aboriginal Cultural Tour offers a 10-hour, immersive cultural experience on the traditional lands of the Kuku Yalanji people. The tour includes a traditional Welcome to Country smoking ceremony, guided walk through the World Heritage-listed Daintree Rainforest, an art class at the Janbal Gallery, a bush tucker-inspired lunch, and a chance to try spearfishing at Cooya Beach.

The Coach used for the Daintree Dreaming Tour has several steps on entry and passengers will board and disembark from the vehicle several times through out the day. The guided walk at Mossman Gorge is considered easy grade and under 1 kilometer return in distance.

The Aboriginal Coastal Adventure calls for a medium level of fitness as guests will be walking across Cooya Beach.

The Burrawa Aboriginal Climb is a 3-hour guided tour up the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Reaching the summit of the bridge is a quintessential Sydney experience, made even more memorable with cultural enrichment from the world's oldest living cultures. The journey begins with a traditional ochre ceremony before you ascend the iconic steel arches, learning stories of Country, language and tradition along the way while taking in panoramic views of Sydney's famous Harbour. The Bushtucker Cultural Cruise in Mooloolaba is a 2-hour guided boat tour combining river cruising, First Nations cultural storytelling, and native bush-food tasting.
